Reservations policies:
1. General (flexible deal )

Cancellation policy

  • If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

 

Early Departure(s) Policy:

Guests checking out prior to confirmed departure date will incur a one night’s accommodation charge.  To avoid charges please inform the front desk before 2:00pm a day prior to your new departure date.

 

 

Deposit policy:

  • No deposit will be charged

 

2. Advance purchase (non-refundable deal)

Cancellation policy

  • if cancelled or modified, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit policy:

  • The total price of the reservation may be charged any time after booking.

 

 

3. Special conditions
When booking more than 3 rooms (Applicable for General bookings only), different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Cancellation policy

  • If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

 

 

 

Deposit policy:

  • The total price of the reservation will be charged after the cancellation policy expires.

Additional policies
Children and Extra Bed Policy:

  • All children are welcome.
  • All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
  • All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children’s cots/cribs.
  • The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1.
  • No extra beds are provided within the room.
  • Children Cribs/Cots are subject to availability.

 

Internet

  • Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

 

Parking

  • No parking available.

 

Pets

  • Pets are not allowed.

 

Important information:

  • Guests are required to show photo identification upon check-in.
  • The credit/Debit card used for reservation purposes is not transmissible and must be presented upon arrival. In case the card cannot be presented upon arrival, the amount will be entirely refunded and a different type of payment will be required.
  • In case of a third party payment, an authorization would be required from the cardholder verifying the transaction.
  • Special requests regarding any supplement can be made directly to the hotel prior to the arrival, whilst every effort would be made to facilitate it, it cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply.
  • Please note, there is no elevator in the building.
